Information you give us: When you submit our consultation/estimate form, we collect your name, phone number, project interest, and — if provided — your email address.
Information collected automatically: Like most websites, we and our service providers (including Google) automatically collect certain technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring URL, typically through cookies and similar technologies.
By submitting the form on this website or calling the phone number listed here, you consent to be contacted by Jared Next Day Landscape & Construction by phone call, text message, or email regarding your inquiry, which may use automated dialing, texting, or email technology. Consent to be contacted is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply to SMS communications. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying "STOP," and you may ask to be removed from our calling or email list at any time using the contact details in Section 9.
We use advertising and analytics tools from Google (Google Ads and Google Analytics) and Meta (the Meta Pixel, used for Facebook and Instagram advertising) to measure which calls and form submissions result from our advertising, to understand how visitors use this page, and to show relevant ads to past visitors (remarketing). These tools use cookies and similar identifiers.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. You can opt out of personalized Google advertising at adssettings.google.com, and manage Meta ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences.
When you submit a form on this page, we also send Google and Meta a hashed version of the contact details you provided — your email address, phone number, name and ZIP code — together with the record of that form submission. Google calls this feature "enhanced conversions" and Meta calls it "advanced matching".
Hashing converts each value into an irreversible string of characters in your browser, before anything is transmitted. Google and Meta never receive your details in readable form through this process, and they cannot reverse the hash to recover them. They use it only to match your form submission to an ad you may have seen, so we can tell which advertising actually works. It is not used to build a profile of you for us, and we do not receive any new information about you in return.
If you would prefer we did not do this, contact us at design@jarednextdaylandscape.com and we will remove your details from future uploads. You can also block these tools entirely with the browser and platform controls described in the previous section.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate our business (for example, phone, scheduling, or customer-relationship tools), who are only permitted to use it to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
We retain the information you submit for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, maintain business records, and comply with legal and licensing requirements.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below and we will respond as required by applicable law.
