We began by refreshing the front yard with a vibrant sod installation, instantly giving the property a polished and welcoming look. To enhance accessibility and flow, our team built a walkway concrete path connecting the front entry to a newly installed sidewalk. This durable pathway not only improves functionality but also complements the home’s modern style.
A comprehensive plant clean-up removed overgrowth and sharpened the landscape’s lines, further boosting curb appeal and setting the tone for the backyard transformation.
Backyard Patio Renovation: Modern Design and Lasting Quality
The backyard transformation is where this project truly shines. We installed a fresh sod lawn, restored the patio’s stonework, and cleared weeds from the block joints to create clean, crisp edges that elevate the overall appearance.
A standout feature is the custom concrete block bench, finished with deck boards for a sleek, modern look. This comfortable outdoor concrete bench blends form and function—perfect for family gatherings or quiet relaxation.
To improve flow between the entryway and backyard, we installed elegant concrete steps framed with light-colored pea gravel. This feature enhances drainage and harmonizes with the backyard’s soft, natural color palette. Lush plants along the path add vibrancy, while underutilized areas were cleaned and dressed with pea gravel for a cohesive, low-maintenance finish.
