Concrete Patio Installation Overview
This project turned a previously sloped backyard into a refined concrete patio layout with clean lines and lasting functionality. By installing custom concrete pavers and a connecting walkway beneath the deck, we created a seamless indoor-outdoor flow that enhances both practicality and modern curb appeal. The mix of hardscape textures also improves drainage and ensures year round usability.

WHAT WE DID?
Site Preparation & Grading: Excavated and re-graded the slope to create a stable, level base for the patio and walkway.
Perimeter Edging Installation: Poured and formed crisp concrete curb borders to contain surfacing materials and define the space.
Concrete Paver Placement: Laid a bespoke pattern of large-format and smaller square concrete slabs to achieve a dynamic, tessellated look.
Under-Deck Integration: Extended the same paver-and-gravel system beneath the deck, turning a previously dark, damp area into a clean, inviting lounge or storage zone.
Walkway Connection: Installed a complementary stepping-stone path from the new patio to the lawn, framed with matching edging and gravel infill.
Finishing Touches: Compact-rolled and broom-finished all concrete surfaces, and back-filled bedding areas to support fresh turf and planting beds.
