WHAT WE DID?
Patio & Pergola Construction: Framed, poured, and finished a reinforced concrete patio slab, then installed a powder-coated steel pergola with cedar accents for shade and style.
Flagstone Stepping-Stone Field: Built a Belgian-block border, set large rectangular flagstones on compacted crushed-stone, and back-filled joints with decorative gravel for drainage and visual contrast.
Custom Concrete Steps: Formed and poured a multi-tiered concrete stair system leading from the patio down to the yard, finished with a broom texture for slip resistance.
Decorative Concrete Pathway: Extended a broom-finished concrete walk from the pool deck entrance to the yard gate, complete with control joints for durability.
Landscape Planting: Defined new beds along the patio and home foundation, installed river-rock mulch, and planted low-maintenance shrubs and ornamental grasses.
Turf Restoration & Edging: Replaced disturbed turf with fresh sod and set clean concrete curbs to neatly contain lawn and planting areas.
Final Touches: Power-washed all hardscapes, trimmed edging stone, and performed a thorough quality inspection to ensure flawless results.

Homeowners now enjoy a cohesive outdoor retreat where the new pergola-topped patio, stepping-stone grid, and concrete elements flow naturally around the existing pool. The clean lines and textural contrasts enhance curb appeal, while the integrated plantings soften hardscape edges.
